We don’t just focus on large groups. Anyone is welcome to apply for a CRED Team Trip as an individual, or with one or two friends.

The youngest participant we’ve taken is 12 yrs old, but usually for an unaccompanied young person we’d recommend 16 yrs minimum.  NB. if you are under 18, we will need permission from a parent or guardian at the application stage.

There is no maximum age limit. Everyone is welcome, everyone has something to contribute, and everyone can gain so much from the experience.

If you’re progressing through a Duke of Edinburgh Award, a CRED Team Trip counts as a great Residential Activity!
